International Collaboration

Workers’ rights are fundamental human rights and form the foundation of a just, fair, and sustainable society. The All Pakistan Labour Federation and the Pakistan Central Mines Federation are firmly committed to protecting and promoting the rights of workers, including safe and healthy working conditions, fair wages, job security, social protection, freedom of association, and collective bargaining.

Our federation’s affiliation and collaboration with international labour platforms strengthen our ability to advocate for workers’ rights in line with global labour standards and conventions. Through national and international solidarity, we work to ensure that the voices of Pakistani workers—especially mine workers—are heard, respected, and represented at all levels.

We believe that strong unions, responsible leadership, and global cooperation are essential to addressing workplace challenges, promoting dignity and equality, and improving the lives of workers and their families. Together with our international partners, we remain dedicated to advancing social justice, decent work, and sustainable development for all workers.
