Vision:
A just, equitable, and safe workplace for every worker, where labour rights are respected, workers’ contributions are valued, and unions are strong partners in building sustainable development and social justice in Pakistan and beyond.
Mission:
To protect and promote the rights of mine workers and all working people through unity, advocacy, and responsible leadership. We strive for safe and fair working conditions, decent wages, social protection, and dignity for every worker. Through national and international collaboration, we work to empower workers and ensure their voices are heard at all levels.
